GlobalSignhas announced a new multi-year certificate called PersonalSign that
will secure email content and the identity of the email sender.
GlobalSign said the benefits of multi-year over one year certificates is that
because users do not have to renew so frequently they can avoid the pitfalls of
their certificate expiring. GlobalSign will also offer multi-year pricing
discounts.
The email certificates can be installed in all popular email clients such as
Microsoft Outlook and will let users digitally sign and encrypt emails.
