The Latvian government is trying to determine how hackers were able to access
some 7.4 million documents containing citizens' tax data, officials said.

The leak last year came to light on an investigative news show by Latvian
State Television in Riga, the LETA news agency reported Monday.

The report said the security hole was open for three months, during which
time a group calling itself "The Fourth Reawakening People's Army" accessed
State Revenue Service's personal data on government officials, business leaders
and the public.
